As Vice President, you will own the full investment lifecycle: sourcing and screening opportunities, executing transactions, and actively managing existing portfolio positions with a focus on long-term value creation.You will partner with senior leaders at portfolio companies to define strategy, oversee business planning, and drive performance. The role offers genuine deal ownership on a high-performing global team with significant growth runway.**What you will do:**- Source and evaluate digital infrastructure investment opportunities across North America- Lead due diligence, financial modeling, and investment committee presentations- Structure and execute transactions including equity and debt financing- Monitor and manage existing portfolio companies; drive value creation initiatives- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team's collaborative culture**What you bring:**- 4–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a direct investing role- Experience in digital or communications infrastructure highly preferred- Proven track record leading transactions through successful execution- Strong analytical skills and ability to build detailed financial models- Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholdersMacquarie Asset Management is a leading global asset manager with $700B+ AUM, operating across 31 markets.
