About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Associate / Vice President for its Sustainable Technology & Infrastructure team within the Investment Banking Division. The successful candidate will be part of a global group that provides M&A advisory and capital formation services, exclusively focusing on clients in the sustainable technology and infrastructure sector. This role is pivotal in deal execution, client relationship management, strategic analysis, new business development, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, prior investment banking experience, and a demonstrated passion for business opportunities in energy transition and sustainable infrastructure. Technical skills should include advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and the candidate must possess or be willing to obtain Series 79 and 63 licenses. Key responsibilities for the Senior Associate / Vice President include working closely with clients and deal teams on live transactions, producing and presenting ideas at client meetings, and supporting transactions through rigorous financial, structural, and business risk analysis. The role also involves actively participating in new business development and managing a team of Associates and Analysts to ensure the successful execution of client deliverables. The candidate should be adept at strategic decision-making, inspiring entrepreneurship, and elevating organizational capability. A core requirement is the ability to foster a workplace culture of inclusion and a healthy risk culture, built on challenging assumptions, escalation, and mutual respect.
