About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Securities Lending Product Owner to join their team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of shaping the future of the securities financing platform and client experience, with a focus on modernizing digital capabilities, driving platform enhancements, and improving operational efficiency. Key responsibilities for this role include defining and executing product strategy for digital platforms, leading large-scale business transformation initiatives, and partnering with various teams to develop scalable solutions. The role also involves serving as a Product Owner within Agile delivery frameworks, driving the adoption of new capabilities, and evaluating and implementing innovative technologies such as AI and machine learning. Applicants should have a minimum of 6 years' experience in product management, business transformation, or strategic technology delivery within financial services, with a strong understanding of securities financing and related institutional market products. The role requires a proven track record in delivering digital products, experience in Agile environments, and the ability to influence and manage stakeholders effectively. A graduate degree is preferred, along with experience in design thinking, user-centered product development, and exposure to cloud-based platforms and digital client solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution and be passionate about solving complex business challenges and leading transformational initiatives.
