About the Role｜职位介绍

We are looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Local Operations Associate to support business growth across an assigned area. You will work closely with local merchants and internal teams to improve merchant performance, grow orders and users, and deliver a reliable customer experience. This is a part-time role suited to someone who understands local communities and enjoys turning operational insights into practical improvements. 我们正在寻找一位注重用户体验、执行力强的本地运营专员，负责支持指定区域的业务发展。你将与本地商家及内部团队紧密合作，提升商家经营表现，推动订单和用户增长，并持续改善用户体验。该岗位为兼职，适合熟悉本地社区、善于发现运营机会并能推动实际改进的人选。

Monitor business performance across your assigned area, with a focus on merchant order growth, user growth, and customer experience. 关注所负责区域的业务表现，重点推动商家订单增长、用户增长和用户体验提升。 Review local market conditions and customer needs to identify opportunities, develop practical operating plans, and follow through on execution. 结合当地市场情况和用户需求，发现业务机会，制定切实可行的区域运营方案，并推动落地执行。 Merchant Operations｜商家运营

Work with existing merchant partners to improve day-to-day operations and strengthen the fundamentals that support sustainable growth, including customer experience, user mix, promotional activities, and local marketing. 与现有合作商家保持紧密沟通，持续优化日常经营及业务增长基础，包括用户结构、用户体验、营销活动和本地推广。 Understand customer needs across different neighborhoods, product categories, and dayparts, and share recommendations that can improve merchant performance. 结合不同商圈、品类及消费时段的用户需求，提出有助于提升商家经营表现的优化建议。 Build trusted working relationships with merchants, understand their operational needs, and coordinate follow-up with relevant internal teams. 与商家建立良好的合作关系，了解其经营需求，并协调相关内部团队跟进解决。 Cross-Functional Collaboration｜跨团队协作

Partner with Marketing, Delivery, and other internal teams to coordinate local initiatives and support healthy, sustainable business growth. 与市场、配送及其他内部团队协作，统筹本地运营事项，推动区域业务持续、稳健发展。 Share local market feedback, operational observations, and customer insights with the broader team to inform ongoing improvements. 及时向团队反馈本地市场动态、运营情况及用户需求，为业务优化提供参考。

Qualifications｜任职要求

Fluent Mandarin is required

for day-to-day communication with merchants, customers, and internal teams. 普通话流利为必需条件
