Registered Nurse (RN) - Infusion - $34-71 per hour

Job Overview Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for infusion care. The position is located at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts. Employment Details Specialty: Infusion Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing Hours: 36 per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Staff Sign‑on Bonus: Up to $15,000 (based on eligibility) Responsibilities Provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care on a per‑shift basis. Assume responsibility for unit‑level patient care and coordinate care according to the nursing process. Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care. Support the CNO to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, staff competency, and effective resource management. Direct care following safety standards, risk management, QI, and infection control, aiming for optimal patient discharge. Coordinate and plan patient care within prescribed medical regimes. Perform all HICS responsibilities, assignments, and roles as directed during emergencies or disasters. Know the hospital’s emergency codes and follow policies for each code. Qualifications Education: Graduate of a state‑approved or accredited nursing school. Certification: Licensed, certified, or registered to practice in the state of Massachusetts (or as required by law).
