Most teams promise you leads. We would rather show you the system behind them.

The Flex Team operates under Epique Realty and we are expanding into Southern California. We are looking for licensed agents, both established producers and people early in their careers, who want to work somewhere that has actually built the structure most teams only talk about.

Team-provided leads are central to how we operate, and we want to be straight with you about how they work here.

Leads are earned, not assigned. They go to agents meeting a short published list of standards every week, and that list is identical whether you closed six deals last quarter or zero.

The slate wipes clean every Friday. Nobody carries a bad month into the next one, and nobody coasts on a good one.

The bar moves with you. As your production climbs, the activity we ask of you goes down. High performers are trusted, not micromanaged.

We will tell you the truth about timing. In our established markets the system is live right now. In Southern California we are building team infrastructure first and bringing lead flow online behind it. We would rather say that up front than promise you a full pipeline on day one and let you discover otherwise in month two.

Real onboarding, with a name attached to every step. Not a PDF and a handshake. Specific people own specific pieces and you will always know who to ask.

A gate before your first lead. You will walk a live lead front to back with us, write a mock purchase agreement and complete a CMA before a real client is ever on the other end of the phone. We find out what you need before it costs you a deal.

A week with a shape to it. Team meeting and dedicated training every Tuesday. Power hour twice a week with call lists built in advance so you spend the block dialing instead of hunting for numbers.

A pipeline review every single Wednesday. Fifteen to thirty minutes with a member of leadership looking at your business with you. Not a quarterly check-in you dread.

Transaction support that is genuinely handled. A dedicated coordinator takes everything past contract so your evenings belong to you again.

You already know how to close. What you likely do not have is an operations team behind you, a transaction coordinator absorbing the paperwork, a lead source you are not funding out of pocket and a compensation structure that stops taking from you once you cap. Bring your book of business, keep every dollar of it, and hand off the parts that are eating your nights and weekends.

You will be handed a defined path instead of being told to go find your own business and figure it out. You get a mentor, a transaction coordinator, structured training twice a week and leadership reviewing your pipeline with you every Wednesday. You will also be held to a real standard starting your first week, which is the single thing that most reliably gets a new agent to their first closing.

85/15 split with a shrinking cap. Fifteen thousand in year one, stepping down to ten thousand by year five. Your cost of doing business goes down as you grow.

Revenue share five levels deep, plus stock options. Build income that keeps paying after the transaction closes.

Health, vision and dental coverage. Almost no brokerage extends real benefits to a 1099 agent. Epique does.

Marketing handled at no cost to you. Professional listing photography, yard signs, social ads, billboard advertising and continuing education.

A full technology stack included. Lofty CRM, IDX-integrated websites, Canva Pro, AI virtual staging and digital business cards.

If you want leads with no accountability attached, this will frustrate you. Our standards are written down and read every Friday, and rotating off leads for a week is a normal part of how the system works rather than a punishment. If you want to be left completely alone, there are teams that will do that. We are not one of them.
