Cashier/Receptionist

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a receptionist . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments Process customer payments for vehicle purchases, service, and parts Balance cash drawer and prepare daily deposits Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns Collaborate with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth transactions Maintain a clean and organized reception area Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a cashier or receptionist role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and time management skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed We offer competitive compensation and benefits, as well as opportunities for growth within the company.
