About the Role

The Company is in search of an SVP for Global Payments Transformation to spearhead the strategy, modernization, and execution of enterprise payment technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing payment transformation initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting the development of innovative domestic and international payment capabilities. This pivotal role involves leading the implementation of various payment technologies, including cross-border and real-time payments, APIs, and modern payment messaging standards. The SVP will also be tasked with partnering across multiple internal and external teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and secure payment solutions, as well as evaluating emerging technologies such as digital assets and blockchain for their potential in payment capabilities. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in payments, banking technology, fintech, or financial services, with a strong background in payment operations, infrastructure, and enterprise technology implementations. The role requires expertise in payment architecture, APIs, compliance, fraud prevention, and operational controls, as well as a proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs within regulated financial environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industry trends and be able to advise on payment innovation opportunities, while driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, risk management, and payment resiliency. Leadership experience and the ability to manage strategic vendor relationships and influence executive stakeholders are also essential qualifications for this senior position.
