IV.AI is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO in Los Angeles. This hybrid role focuses on turning priorities into sequenced, resourced work, coordinating revenue operations, contracts, payments, and automation across the company.
You will own the operating cadence, triage CEO backlog, and act as the escalation path between sales, product, and engineering to keep clients and internal teams aligned.
