Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate Location: North Charleston, SC 29418-6927 Pay Range: $18.00 - $26.00/hr* Employment Type: Full time Shift: May vary Position Summary Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? As a prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associate you prepare fresh food items daily by following recipes and ensuring our rotisserie chicken is always warm and ready. You will wrap, label, and store merchandise to keep items fresh for members and help them with bakery orders. Your smile can turn a good shopping experience into a great one. You’ll help families have a great meal and be part of a team that offers customers more of what they love, for less. What You Will Do Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to educate associates. Prepare food according to item specifications, plan production schedules, manage seasonality, and adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cold‑chain compliance. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement. Drive performance of the area by stocking, rotating merchandise, controlling quality and dates, and eliminating waste. Model high quality service and products as an advocate for the department and club. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Complete work assignments and priorities, collaborate with managers and co‑workers, communicate progress, and recommend improvement opportunities. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Successful completion of all required training and assessments.
