Prepare tag and title documents on a timely basis. Respond to all customer inquiries in a professional manner. Accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles; odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc. Perform other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels. Maintain a high level of confidentiality. Requirements Requirements – Tag and Title Clerk: Tag and Title experience a plus. Excellent communication skills Time management skills Professional appearance and a positive attitude Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
