Receiving Material Handler

Warehouse Receiving ClerkThe Warehouse Receiving Clerk reports to the Warehouse Receiving Manager or their designee. This position is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting all inbound shipments. The role ensures that inventory is processed efficiently, stored correctly, and entered the system to support smooth warehouse operations. Collaborate with the supervisor to track and prepare for expected deliveries. Sign and process all shipping documentation upon receipt. Coordinate with the Purchasing and Import Departments to resolve discrepancies related to POs and system entries. Verify invoices, obtain necessary signatures, and ensure proper processing for payment of satisfactory deliveries. Support additional warehouse operations as needed.
