Receiving Clerk / Warehouse AssociateWe are looking for a responsible, organized, and hands-on Receiving Clerk / Warehouse Associate to support merchandise receiving, warehouse organization, inventory control, stocking, and daily logistics operations. This position is responsible for receiving and inspecting deliveries, verifying products and quantities, organizing merchandise, rotating inventory, preparing internal transfers, and supporting the operational needs of different departments.The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, physically active, and comfortable working in a fast-paced grocery and retail environment. Availability to work rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including weekends and holidays based on operational needs, is required.Benefits:Weekly pay.Free daily meal provided during your shift.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Toll reimbursement.Employee discount.Growth and development opportunities.Year-end bonus.This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, active, and growing operation in Key Biscayne with competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.Main Responsibilities:Receive merchandise and verify products, quantities, and overall condition at the time of delivery.Unload, move, and organize merchandise safely and efficiently.Maintain receiving, warehouse, and storage areas clean, organized, and operational.Properly store products and support inventory rotation according to company standards.Prepare and assist with internal product transfers between departments or locations as needed.Check expiration dates, temperatures, and product conditions when applicable.Report discrepancies, shortages, damaged products, or other receiving issues to the appropriate manager.Support stocking, inventory control, receiving, and internal logistics activities based on operational needs.Follow company procedures for product handling, organization, cleanliness, and workplace safety.Work with a sense of urgency and adapt to changing daily priorities.Qualifications:Previous experience in receiving, warehouse operations, inventory, grocery, supermarket, stocking, logistics, or a similar position is preferred.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically active environment.Ability to follow instructions, operational procedures, and organizational standards.Strong attention to detail when verifying products, quantities, and merchandise conditions.Ability to stand and remain physically active for extended periods.Ability to lift, move, and organize products or supplies weighing approximately 40–50 lbs., as required.Responsible, organized, punctual, and dependable.Positive team-oriented attitude and willingness to support different departments when needed.Availability to work rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including weekends and holidays based on operational needs.Key Competencies:Sense of urgency.Attention to detail.Organization.Teamwork.Reliability and punctuality.Safe product handling.Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.The Company identifies as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
