*FULL-TIME, Monday-Friday (37.50 hours per week)

Requirements

• This position oversees and monitors Caregiver and Nursing schedules and attendance.
• Supports the Business Office Manager with payroll and status updates.
• Coordinates with agency providers to obtain proper staffing for call-outs and scheduled vacations.
• Supports Wellness Director and assistant with other duties as assigned as part of the wellness team.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have strong organizational skills and the ability to work within the Nursing Department.
• Must have excellent communication skills and ability to follow through.
• Some experience in Assisted Living preferred.
• Some knowledge of schedules preferred and must have good computer skills.
• CNA, HHA, Caregiver experience preferred.
