About the Contract Opportunity Stronghouse is looking for driven, professional, and detail-oriented individuals to join us as Independent Roofing Sales Contractors . This isn't just a job-it's your chance to run your own business with the backing of a trusted brand. - Generate your own leads through canvassing, referrals, and networking
- Connect with homeowners and build lasting relationships
- Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them with confidence through the process
- Manage your schedule and sales pipeline independently
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience from first contact to final project
- Total flexibility - Be your own boss and set your own schedule
- Strong partnership - Align with a trusted, established roofing company
- Ongoing support - Access to company resources and product knowledge sessions
- Uncapped earning potential - drive your income through performance-based sales

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation
- Motivated self-starters with strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Willing to learn and execute company standards
- Able to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs
- Active LLC and EIN (or willing to obtain)
- Previous sales experience is a plus (but not required)
