McKinney Buick GMC is hosting a one-day Sales Consultant Opportunity for motivated individuals interested in building a rewarding career in Automotive Sales.

We’re looking for people who are ultra-competitive, resilient, hardworking, coachable, and customer-focused. Former athletes and military veterans often bring many of these qualities to the automotive business, and bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

No automotive sales experience? No problem. We provide training designed to teach you the skills and process you need to succeed.

• Strong ability to listen to our customers and understand their needs
• A desire to help customers find solutions that fit their automotive needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
