Truck Driver CDL A Local Home Daily

Position Description Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Toledo, OH offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about. Compensation Base pay: $1100 or more per week. Hourly Pay: $27.50 per hour. Hours: 40+ per week. Safety Bonus: $250 four times a year. Paid Training. Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends. Start Time: 4:00 AM to Noon. Job Duties Deliver into a 200 mile radius (solo to). Local home daily routes. Operate day cab automatic tractors with 53' dry van trailers. Freight: No Touch – Auto parts. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Detect and eliminate safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs. Load/unload freight or assist as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days. 80 hours PTO in first year (use or get paid). Uniforms, cell phone & boot allowance. Drivers are the captain; safety decisions and job protection. 401(k) rollover available now; company match after 1 year. 12 weeks paid maternity leave (eligible criteria). Pass background, motor vehicle, and drug/alcohol verification from previous employers (last 3 years). Pass DOT physical. Pass Ryder road test. Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements. Class A verifiable experience: 9 months in past 3 years OR 2 years within last 5 years OR 5 years within last 10 years. Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
