As a Window Installer, you'll focus on transforming spaces by installing energy-efficient windows while leading a team to deliver top-quality results. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to ensure customer satisfaction and create comfortable, energy-efficient homes in Salem. What You'll Do As a Window Installer, you will be responsible for:Working with a small crew and engaging in all aspects of window installation.Inspecting windows to ensure quality installation.Removing old frames and installing new ones accurately.Cutting and measuring window spaces to exact specifications.Winterizing window installations to enhance utility efficiency.Conducting on-site inspections to maintain installation standards.Installing windows, frames, and locking mechanisms in compliance with local codes.Completing projects within established timelines.Assisting siding crews to ensure seamless project flow.What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:Proven experience in window installation.A valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 3 years (preferred but not mandatory).Ability to drive company vehicles to job sites.Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus but not required.Physical ability to lift/move 50 lbs frequently throughout the day.Physical stamina to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach as needed.Strong work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.Basic customer service skills to maintain professionalism while working in clients' homes.Why Join Us in Salem?
