Immigration Paralegal Bilingual (Spanish & English)

This position works closely with the lead attorneysand clients to support case preparation, document drafting, and case management. Our firm serves adiverse andpredominantly Spanish-speakingcommunity, and we are looking for someone who is organized, compassionate, and committed to helping clients navigate complex legal processesin a fast-paced environment.We're a strong firm with close ties to Minnesota's immigrant and refugee communities. Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to collect case information and documentation under attorney supervision Draft legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, letters, and forms using attorney templates Prepare applications and supporting documentation for immigration agencies and EOIR courts Assist with filings related to immigration, criminal, and family law matters in Minnesota Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and supporting evidence Track deadlines, court dates, interviews, and follow-ups to ensure timely case progress Maintain accurate records using the firm’s case management system Communicate with clients regarding case updates and document requests Work closely with attorneys to ensure cases move forward efficiently Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (required) At least 2+ yrs of immigration law or related law experience College coursework or experience in a legal office preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to follow multi-step instructions with precision Comfortable working with individuals from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds Proficiency with Microsoft Word and general office software Work Environment This position works primarily in an office setting and requires regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment.
