What You’ll Do As a Front End Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy their time with us. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a smile and assisting them with menu selections.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently, both in-person and over the phone.
- Ensuring the front end of the cafe stays clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
- Handling payments and operating the point-of-sale system.
We’re seeking candidates who bring a positive attitude and a passion for great customer service. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
- Availability for flexible hours to accommodate our cafe’s needs.
