Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapy license valid in California
• Experience (or strong interest) in school-based OT, working with diverse student populations from early childhood through high school
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and fellow professionals
• Excellent organizational habits and adaptability to dynamic school environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services within classrooms, therapy spaces, and throughout the school setting
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district standards
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings to support comprehensive student care
• Provide guidance and strategies to teachers and staff for supporting students’ independence, motor skills, and participation
• Communicate progress and recommendations effectively with families and educational teams
