Job Description Take responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of all retail spaces including restaurant and the coffee outlets. Manages direct reports to ensure day-to-day operations standards are meet. Assist in producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on service analysis and marketing effectiveness as required: Adhere to KPIs and manage non-compliance. Develops specific goals and plans to prioritise and delegate when required, organise own workload. Make a continuous assessment of the performance of all staff under supervision to establish training needs and development potential. Control cost and work towards/exceeding budget and achieving financial targets/forecasts constant monitoring of performance. Ensure all legal compliance is followed within the departments, such as Health & Safety procedures and finance. Drive constant innovation with regards to product, staying up to date with trends in industry driving sustainability and provenance. Develop coordinated annual marketing plan with outlets and ensure signage is displayed correctly. Ensure excellent customer service, regularly assess customer experience and recommend improvements. Monitoring customer feedback, handling customer complaints and resolving issues with action plans in a timely manner.
