About the Role
The Company is in search of a President and Chief Operating Officer to spearhead its business operations, client delivery, and growth. This inaugural role demands a dynamic leader with the authority to oversee daily operations, from client-facing implementation to financial performance and cross-functional execution. The successful candidate will be tasked with translating strategy into execution, aligning commercial commitments with delivery capacity, and building the necessary infrastructure to scale the business. A key objective is to transition the company to a more scalable and accountable operating model while preserving its customer focus and entrepreneurial strengths. Applicants for the President and COO position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 10 years' of progressive operations experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Deep alignment with the company's values, mission, and startup culture is essential, as is a proven track record of working effectively with a founder or entrepreneurial CEO. The role requires demonstrated experience in developing a mature, repeatable operating model, particularly in the context of healthcare technology or technology-enabled services. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, CVO operations, or related provider-operations functions, and must be adept at converting vision into disciplined execution while maintaining transparency and trust.
