Westlake Financial believes in PEOPLE with the PURPOSE and PASSION to assist our more than 25,000 dealer partners throughout North America.The Regional Sales Manager position is a challenging and dynamic position with opportunities for advancement. As an Internal Regional Sales Manager with Westlake Financial, you will be educating and training your own team of 20-30 Sales Representatives. This position is in the Las Vegas Corporate Office.The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for creating sales and marketing strategies to grow Westlake's auto finance business. The role will be to oversee, train, manage, mentor and hold the Sales Team accountable. The Regional Sales Manager will strategically grow Westlake's dealer base by identifying and capturing untapped markets and opportunities in both the independent as well as the franchise automobile markets.Being in a fast-paced environment, this role requires a consultative sales and management approach. Each Regional Manager will manage their own team leading to growth and success.This is a full-time position including full-time benefits.
