In this role, the Manager will be responsible for updating and maintain the Argus property level models for all leasing activity, reconciling Argus back to the MRI accounting system to ensure the accuracy of the forecasting models, assisting the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis in preparing board slides, investor presentations, annual budgets, and the issuance of corporate guidelines. Qualifications include Bachelor’s degree in Business, ideally in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including expertise in building complex financial models.
