Contracts and Claims Associate

We're looking for a detail-driven problem solver to join our team! This role is ideal for a college graduate looking to break into the pharmaceutical world. The goal is to support the resolution of chargeback discrepancies, pricing discrepancies, and contract loading and helping ensure our customers experience accurate, timely, and consistent pricing and contract administration. What You’ll Do Investigate and resolve chargeback discrepancies between wholesalers and distributors Identify and correct pricing discrepancies, working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Relations Load and maintain contract pricing and terms accurately within internal systems Partner with Customer Relations to manage discrepancy cases, prioritizing based on impact and urgency Track recurring issues and recommend process improvements to reduce future discrepancies Maintain clear documentation and audit trails for all pricing and contract adjustments Assist across various teams such as Customer Relations and Accounting & Finance What You Bring Strong attention to detail; you catch what others miss A problem-solving mindset; you dig into root causes, not just symptoms Comfortable working with numbers, contracts, and pricing structures (an analytical approach is a big plus) A "go-getter" attitude; willing to go above and beyond to get things resolved Ability to manage a high volume of cases while staying organized and accurate Experience in pharmaceutical pricing, chargebacks, or contract administration preferred but not required Ideal Candidate Someone who thrives on solving puzzles, doesn't let discrepancies slide, and takes ownership of problems until they're fully resolved.
