Senior Director, AI Commercial Business Partner - Oncology Business Unit US

Senior Director role leading AI commercial strategy and implementation for the Oncology Business Unit. Acts as liaison between business teams and AI technical experts to translate commercial needs into AI solutions, owning the full lifecycle from ideation through adoption and value realization.
Responsibilities
- Own AI strategy and portfolio for oncology commercial programs in partnership with business teams
- Translate business needs into AI use cases with clear metrics and strategic alignment
- Lead delivery, adoption, and value tracking of AI initiatives across pilot to scale phases
- Serve as single point of contact between regional business leaders and AI/enterprise technology teams
- Drive change management, AI literacy, and governance compliance across commercial operations
Requirements
- Organizational mindset with ability to deliver on complex, high-impact AI projects
- Bilingual expertise in business/commercial operations and artificial intelligence technology
- Experience translating business requirements into well-scoped technical use cases
- Track record managing cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change
- Senior leadership experience at regional or business unit level
- Knowledge of oncology commercial landscape preferred
