Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, concrete, or related field operations Proven experience as a superintendent, foreman, or crew leader managing field teams Strong knowledge of structural concrete, foundation work, layout, and construction standards Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and engineering specifications Experience with safety compliance, reporting, and documentation standards Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments Willingness and ability to travel nationwide full-time are required Experience managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and material logistics Comfortable using digital reporting tools, data portals, and field documentation systems Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles and equipment Dietzel Enterprises Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
