About the Role: We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy to clients from birth through age 18 in Aurora, CO . You'll deliver individualized, goal-driven care that helps children build functional independence in the comfort of their homes. Compensation & Scheduling: Competitive Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00 Full-Time / Part-Time Caseload available Flexible Schedule: Designed to support a healthy work-life balance while meeting your professional goals Key Responsibilities: Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans Address fine motor development, sensory integration, self-care, and other functional areas Educate and coach families for consistent home program support Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with home health standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care Why Join Us: Make a real impact: Be part of a mission-driven organization where your work directly supports individuals and families receiving critical in-home care. Requirements A master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT) NBCOT Certification Occupational Therapist (OT) License in the state of Colorado Possesses and maintains current CPR certification Valid driver's license and auto insurance A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in occupational therapy is preferred, but not required Benefits Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options to support your overall health and well-being.
