Job Title: Client Services Support Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time — Non Exempt  

Location: Minneapolis, MN — Hybrid 

• Regular on-site presence is required.
• In-Office schedule: Tuesday-Thursday; additional in-office days are flexible based on role and business needs

Salary Range Note: This is a good faith estimate based on current benchmarks. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.

• Computer skills necessary for normal business matters (Microsoft Suite required, Salesforce experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be the go-to support for our Client Services team, making sure every detail is handled with care and accuracy. Your day-to-day might include:

• Managing multiple inboxes, answering routine questions from relocating employees, clients, vendors, and internal employees and solving the trickier questions through effective problem solving
• Tackling administrative tasks accurately like data entry and document uploads that keep relocations moving
• Assist Relocation Counselors with file management, track progression of service delivery information and communicate updates to Global Mobility Counselors to provide high-quality customer service 
• Setting up new client initiations quickly and correctly
• Adding value to the relocation experience by developing relationships with our clients, relocating employees, Global Mobility Counselors, and vendors
• Preparing and double-checking relocation and assignment cost projections
• Creating, reviewing, and updating reports for clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Performing quality assurance audits to keep relocating employee files accurate
• Spotting opportunities for process improvements and helping us enhance the customer experience
• Related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of Plus

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits Summary

This role offers a salary range of $21 – $25 hourly , based on experience and qualifications.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for:
