We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee the financial and administrative operations of our skilled nursing facility in Monticello, Arkansas. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing, admissions, and customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily business office operations, including billing, collections, and resident trust accounts

• Oversee admissions paperwork, insurance verification, and financial documentation

• Ensure timely and accurate Medicaid/Medicare billing and reimbursement

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

• Support HR functions such as onboarding, personnel files, and payroll coordination

• Provide professional, responsive customer service to residents, families, and staff

• Collaborate with the Administrator and department leaders to support overall facility operations

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Business Office Manager in a skilled nursing facility preferred

• Strong knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare billing, insurance processes, and long-term care financial systems

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Professional communication skills and a resident-centered approach

• Experience with EMR or billing software a plus
