Sr. Training Coordinator – Join the Northwest Center @ Amazon team to deliver high‑impact, executive‑level training experiences. This role drives unforgettable training events, working closely with executive stakeholders to ensure perfect execution and attendee satisfaction. Job Details Location: Seattle, WA + Bellevue, WA Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM, with occasional nights and weekends Contract: 7‑month (Jun 2026 – Dec 2026) Pay: $37.49 – $42.81 per hour (full: $37.49 – $48.12 per hour) What You Will Do Program and Administrative Support Strategically manage and optimize inventory systems for classroom resources, educational materials, and branded merchandise. Drive continuous improvement initiatives with program coordinators to develop and implement standardized processes and best practices. Communicate with stakeholders, peers, and vendors to share trends, feedback, and observations. Maintain accurate, current records of relevant data and metrics. Analyze operational data and communicate findings to stakeholders. Assume day‑to‑day responsibility for assigned projects, working independently and often out of sight of other team members. Assist with new tasks, processes, or projects to support evolving team requirements and Amazon partner requests. Customer Support Staff registration desk, greeting, welcoming, and registering all attendees in a friendly, warm, professional manner. Maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and external partners to exceed customer expectations through proactive solutions. Serve as a subject‑matter expert, resolving complex inquiries and challenges. Send training communications and respond to correspondence, providing education and resources. Training Session Support Act as the central liaison among program participants, instructional leaders, and support teams to deliver real‑time solutions and maintain program excellence. Set up classroom resources, including registration, branding, catering, and other session‑related needs. Manage registration and logistics for sessions, including taking attendance. Travel domestically to support multi‑day training sessions. Who You Are High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. 4–5 years of customer‑service experience with executive‑level employees. 4–5 years of stakeholder management experience. Proven experience coordinating executive‑level learning programs and facilitating high‑impact training sessions. 5+ years in a high‑volume customer‑facing role. Experience in project management (preferred). Experience in event organization and planning (preferred). Experience managing a shared team Outlook inbox (preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly effective in fast‑paced, dynamic environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheet, and SharePoint. Excellent customer service skills and concise written correspondence. Ability to interpret diverse metrics and communicate them to stakeholders. Strong track record of prioritizing and executing high‑volume work streams while maintaining quality. Trustworthy, able to work independently and collaboratively. Flexible and adaptable to evolve within a hybrid environment. Effective time management, handling multiple high‑profile projects without direct ownership of resources. Strong attention to detail and project execution focus. Ability to understand and follow Northwest Center (NWC) and Amazon policies and procedures. Working Conditions & Physical Demands Frequent lifting of a backpack containing a laptop and supplies up to 50 lb. May need to carry supplies to other buildings. Assist with furniture adjustments or onsite facilitation. Work at a computer for up to 8 hours per day. Maintain movement within a 1.5‑mile radius.
