Reporting Analyst

Our client, an esteemed educational institution, is seeking a dedicated Reporting Analyst to join their team. As a Reporting Analyst, you will be part of the Business Intelligence department supporting various university teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Reporting Analyst Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Hybrid 1-3 days a week Pay Range: $70,000 - $87,000 What's the Job? Participate in the full Data Analytics and Reporting solution lifecycle including planning, analysis, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support. Analyze and model business needs to create a comprehensive understanding of data, workflows, and technical requirements. Develop reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc queries to provide insights that support better decision-making processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs from multiple perspectives and suggest innovative solutions. Create visualizations using SQL, SSRS, PowerBI, Salesforce, and CRMA, and maintain dashboards to track institutional KPIs and metrics. What's Needed? Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Intelligence, or related field; 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree. At least 2 years of experience in report writing and data analysis. Strong understanding of enterprise technology stacks such as Microsoft and Salesforce. Knowledge of Data warehousing and dimensional modeling concepts. Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions among diverse stakeholders. What's in it for me?
