In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners calling for HVAC service, helping create a positive experience from the very first conversation.If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced office, and take pride in providing exceptional service, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAnswer incoming customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm. Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments efficiently. Coordinate scheduling with the dispatch team to maximize technician availability. Educate customers about maintenance plans and available service options. Respond to customer questions while resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism. Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details. Communicate effectively with technicians and office staff throughout the day. Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every interaction. What You'll BringMinimum of 2 years of customer service, scheduling, or call center experience. Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment. Experience booking appointments and working with customers over the phone. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based software platforms. Experience with Podium or similar customer messaging platforms is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to support teammates. Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay of $22.00 - $26.00, based on experience. Performance-based bonus opportunities.
