Concierge Dental Group is dentist-founded and owner-operated five offices right here in Western New York. Proudly local, not a corporate chain. We run a modern, fully digital practice AI-assisted diagnostics, 3D imaging, intraoral cameras, the good tech with a team that actually has a personality. High standards, zero stuffiness.

What the role actually looks like

• Chairside assisting across general and surgical procedures youre the doctors right hand
• Operatory setup, sterilization, and keeping the clinical day moving
• Digital x-rays and intraoral imaging (well support your certification if youre working toward it)
• Making patients feel safe, informed, and genuinely cared for
• Working shoulder-to-shoulder with hygienists, doctors, and the front office as one team

Where it can go

Strong assistants here grow into Lead Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, or clinical-trainer roles. We promote from within your next step is real.

What were looking for

• Warm, steady, and quick on your feet
• Chairside experience helpful; NYS radiology / X-ray certification a plus (well help you get there)
• Comfortable with digital workflows and learning new tech fast
• A team player who takes pride in a clean, calm, well-run operatory
• Dental experience preferred but the right attitude can be trained

Compensation & benefits

• $20$27/hour, based on experience and certifications
