Description . This on-site, contract position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality cancer care and treatment for patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions in a collaborative healthcare environment. As a Locum Hematology Oncologist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering advanced therapeutic interventions including chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Working on-site at our Pendleton facility, you will partner with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care for every individual. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat patients with hematologic malignancies and solid tumor cancers Develop and implement individualized chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy treatment plans Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, physical examinations, and follow-up assessments Interpret laboratory results, imaging studies, and pathology reports to guide clinical decisions Administer and monitor chemotherapy infusions and manage treatment-related side effects Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and palliative care specialists to coordinate patient care Document all patient encounters accurately and maintain timely electronic medical records Participate in tumor boards, case conferences, and multidisciplinary care planning sessions #J-18808-Ljbffr
