General Superintendent – Data Center Construction | Texas (Traveling) Overview One of the largest and most respected general contractors in the United States — with a dominant presence in hyperscale and mission-critical data center construction — is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead field operations across their growing data center portfolio. What's on Offer Base salary up to $270,000 DOE Up to 30% annual performance bonus Project completion bonus 401(k) with 4–8% company match Per diem on all travel days Company truck or vehicle allowance 5 weeks PTO and paid holidays Key Responsibilities Lead all field operations on hyperscale and mission-critical data center projects from groundbreaking through substantial completion Direct and coordinate multiple superintendent teams, self-perform crews, and subcontractors simultaneously Develop and maintain master look‑ahead schedules, drive critical‑path activities, chair daily coordination and OAC meetings, and proactively resolve sequencing conflicts before they impact delivery Enforce site safety protocols, lead toolbox talks, and maintain full OSHA compliance Coordinate with MEP subcontractors, commissioning agents, and equipment vendors on startup and energization; oversee RFI management, change order documentation, and project reporting in coordination with the PM team Mentor and develop Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents across the project team while serving as the primary field‑level point of contact for the owner's construction management team Requirements Minimum 12–15 years of field leadership experience — data center experience is mandatory, hyperscale campus experience strongly preferred Proven ability to lead large, complex project sites with multiple concurrent superintendent teams and 200+ personnel, managing aggressive schedules and delivering fast‑track projects on time and to budget Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and data center construction sequencing from civil through energization, with experience managing multiple subcontractors simultaneously Solid working knowledge of OSHA regulations and site safety leadership Willingness to travel full‑time to project sites nationwide with an agreed rotation home schedule If you're a General Superintendent ready to step into one of the most demanding and rewarding roles in the data center construction market, apply directly or reach out for a confidential conversation to learn more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
