Business Systems Analyst - INTL Brazil

This role focuses on modernizing an existing editorial tool. The Systems BA will assess the current-state functionality, rewrite and modernize requirements using tools such as Claude Code, and support the transition to a more modern system. The role requires strong notetaking and documentation skills, the ability to ask the right questions during discovery, and clear translation of needs into actionable technical requirements for engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Systems BA
• Extensive experience writing technical requirements for system design and modernization efforts
• Strong Jira experience, including creating user stories and development tickets
• Experience using Claude Code or other AI tools to support system modernization
• Ability to lead discovery sessions, ask probing questions, and provide thoughtful recommendations


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working within education technology or healthcare-related applications
