Maternal Fetal Medicine Nurse Practitioner

This role involves providing clinical assessment, examination, and treatment of pregnant women with fetal disorders . Key responsibilities obtaining patient history, conducting assessments, performing diagnostic tests, and participating in quality assurance activities. The provider will perform admission history & physicals, conduct hospital rounds, document progress, and assist with fetal surgery plans. They will order and interpret laboratory studies, handle discharge planning, patient education, and support ultrasound assessments such as fetal viability and biophysical profiles. The role also requires chart review, data collection, multidisciplinary conference participation, and collaboration with a healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care. Additional duties include patient navigation, education of trainees, and supporting research initiatives. Qualifications an unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing national certification DEA license strong communication and organizational skills Experience in women’s health, OB/GYN, or family medicine (preferred) Work involves outpatient and hospital-based clinical care, with physical activity like standing, walking, bending, and manual dexterity. #J-18808-Ljbffr Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc.
