Trusts & Estates Paralegal We are seeking a paralegal with experience in trusts and estates to support attorneys and professionals within a nationally respected law firm. Responsibilities Prepare wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, asset transfers, entity formation documents, agreements and resolutions. Serve as a trusted liaison, attending client signings, coordinating third‑party meetings, and maintaining a polished and professional presence. File pleadings, record legal documents, manage deadlines, and handle document preparation with speed and accuracy. Manage calendar coordination, perform invoicing, pre‑bill edits, handle conflict checks and assist with time tracking. Partner closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and accounting to ensure exceptional client service and seamless operations. Qualifications 4 to 10 years of experience as a paralegal in trusts and estates or a related legal area, preferably within a law firm. Proactive mindset and collaborative spirit; driven, self‑motivated, excels at multitasking, prioritizing, and delivering high‑quality results.
