Infusion RN - Home & Ambulatory Care (OR/WA)

Providence Health & Services Oregon is seeking an Infusion RN for Home and Ambulatory Infusion. You will provide direct nursing services and case management for patients in the home, clinic, or alternate living site, collaborating with providers, patients and caregivers, physicians, and payors. This role requires Oregon RN licensure (and Washington where applicable) and BLS within 30 days of hire, with a schedule of 7 days on, 7 days off, five 8-hour shifts and two 10-hour shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr Providence Health & Services
