Description:
The role involves responsibilities in an infusion center focused on patient care.
Candidates must have experience with peripheral intravenous insertion and blood drawing skills.
Familiarity with accessing, maintaining, and de-accessing central lines is required.
Candidates should possess assessment skills for a variety of medical conditions.
Ongoing patient education is a crucial responsibility.
This position is in a very fast-paced environment, requiring continual patient monitoring throughout treatments.
Nurses will need to intervene rapidly in emergent situations.
A supportive environment is prioritized to ensure patient-focused care.
Preferred experience includes Epic and Beacon proficiency, as well as travel and emergency room experience.
