Marketing Director

The Marketing Director is responsible for representing the brand of Chick-fil-A and Chick-fil-A Marianna within the community. This includes not only working in the restaurant operations, but planning/hosting in-restaurant events, planning/executing additional distribution opportunities, leading catering sales/systems, and bridging partnership within the community that align with the Operator’s vision for the restaurant.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in business marketing, social media, SEO and other tracking experience on ROI

· Willingness to work in the Chick-fil-A restaurant

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Be available at least 40 hours per week

· Customer recovery or guest relations experience

Expectations:

Community/Guest Relations

· Maintain social media accounts in accordance with Operator and Chick-fil-A’s standards

· Acquire new and follow up with Chick-fil-A catering customers

· Schedule and execute events for the community within the restaurant i.e. Family Night, Spirit Night, etc. 

· Plan and execute a calendar for promotions, track ROI on ALL promotions/investments/events

· Pursue and aid in set up of Additional Distribution Points for sales building i.e. festivals, weekly serve trailer sales, school events

· Represent the restaurant with honor, dignity, and respect outside of the restaurant

· Follow up on scholarship opportunities, celebrate winners, and encourage team to apply during application periods

· Create and execute a quarterly marketing plan

· Funnel Donation and fundraising requests to the Operator

Operational

· Track and celebrate Team Member birthdays in accordance with the Operator’s vision

· Support other directors to execute proper labor compliance

· Work at least 25 hrs of operations in the restaurant weekly

· Ensure Catering orders are executed on time, accurately, and within food safety standards

· Follow up with Catering orders within at least 48 hours of completion

· Aid Executive Director in CAREs/guest recovery needs

· Meet with Operator weekly to discuss growth opportunities

· Meet with Operator to discuss restaurant goals/success metrics

· Hold team and leaders accountable to restaurant standards/policies

· Ensure team knows and displays restaurant mission: To give our best to our community every day by executing excellence in ALL we do.
