My Florida CFO

Sunland is seeking a Food Service Administrator-SES to supervise dining staff and oversee daily food service operations at Sunland in Marianna, FL. The role requires ensuring food is prepared as per production sheets, portions are correct, and lines are ready for service at 6:00 AM, 10:00 AM, and 4:15 PM. Responsibilities include enforcing sanitation standards, maintaining logs, and training staff daily.
