Position Title Leasing Consultant Essential Duties & Responsibilities Property leasing and administration, including showing, leasing, and moving in prospective residents. Attend the property daily and provide excellent resident service. Complete all leasing paperwork before move‑in. Assist with lease audits, walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to leads within 24 hours. Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and achieve leasing goals. Perform various administrative tasks as needed. Handle resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction. Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs. Contribute to general upkeep of office, common areas, and model units. Assist in implementing the annual marketing plan outreach and market survey/analysis. Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; produce weekly market survey reports. Deliver excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround. Project a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition. Enforce policies of the community as delegated by the supervisor. Education & Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent. Basic computer skills and ability to perform on‑site software functions. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Physical Requirements Regular movement and communication tasks, including repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and fingers. Frequent use of ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and other equipment; standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Occasional tasks that involve moving objects up to 25 lbs., operating machinery or vehicles, and working in various environmental conditions including outdoors, confined spaces, and extreme temperatures. Ability to work overtime, weekends, and night hours for emergencies. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $23 per hour to $25 per hour.
