Warehouse Operations Associate

The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations functions within the organization. This role supports the movement of products and equipment by processing customer shipments, receiving vendor purchase orders, maintaining accurate inventory records within Oracle NetSuite, and ensuring equipment is properly staged for field operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in warehouse operations, shipping systems, and inventory control. This individual works closely with the Category Manager, Sales Team, Field Technicians, Repair Team, Testing Team, and Office Management to support efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving
• Process and manage daily outbound customer shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other shipping platforms.
• Prepare, package, label, and ship sales orders accurately and timely.
• Receive incoming purchase orders and vendor shipments.
• Verify received quantities and inspect products for accuracy and damage.
• Record all shipping and receiving transactions in Oracle NetSuite.
• Coordinate shipment tracking and resolve carrier-related issues when necessary.

Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate inventory records within Oracle NetSuite.
• Perform inventory cycle counts as directed by the Category Manager.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and inventory audits.
• Ensure inventory locations are organized and properly maintained.

Warehouse Operations
• Stage equipment for daily customer deliveries, technician pickups, and project deployments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Coordinate movement of products between warehouse, repair, testing, and deployment areas.
• Support receiving, labeling, and storage of inventory throughout the facility.

Refurbished Equipment Coordination
• Manage inventory of refurbished phones and related equipment.
• Coordinate with the in-house Repair and Testing teams to ensure devices are properly processed and returned to stock.
• Track equipment status throughout the refurbishment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate inventory availability for sales and deployment needs.

Office & Administrative Support
• Assist HR and Office Management with stocking kitchen and breakroom supplies.
• Receive and distribute office supplies to appropriate departments and employees.
• Maintain inventory levels for commonly used office and facility supplies.
• Coordinate supplier deliveries related to office operations.

Qualifications

Required
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory management experience.
• Experience using Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP/CRM systems.
• Knowledge of UPS and FedEx shipping processes, software, and carrier requirements.
• Strong inventory management and cycle count experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and packages up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred
• Experience working in telecommunications, technology, or equipment distribution environments.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems.
