Position Overview

Papago Management, a commercial property management entity within the Nicholas Family of Companies, is seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support the warehouse team. This position will work closely with the family of companies, supporting shared operations, inventory needs, logistics, and day-to-day business activities.

The Warehouse Lead will help coordinate employees, manage workflow, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure warehouse operations are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
• Work closely with the family of companies to support warehouse and operational needs.
• Assign tasks and monitor team productivity.
• Receive, organize, and maintain inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and records.
• Coordinate materials and products between company locations or departments.
• Train and support warehouse employees.
• Ensure company safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment when required.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day warehouse and inventory issues.
• Communicate inventory, staffing, and operational concerns to management.
• Help improve warehouse processes, organization, and efficiency.
• Provide dependable support to management and the companies within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Warehouse experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Basic computer and inventory management system knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative.
