Vice President of Sales - North Florida

General Purpose of Position: The Vice President of Sales directs the assigned sales force for effectiveness and manages those functions that are essential to sales for productivity. This is done by effectively collaborating with the Executive Vice President of National Sales. These activities include planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation and sales administration. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: The following are the usual, basic and essential functions of the position.These functions are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required. Direct marketing of home warranties to residential home builders, residential remodelers, light commercial builders and pool contractors. Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals Identify opportunities for growth in new communities and markets Analyze market trends and competitor activities Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function and responsibility satisfactorily. Must have prior B2B sales experience Must have a proven track record within the building industry Relationship sales experience is a must Certificates or Licenses: As required by regulatory entities. Relevant professional designations or skill certifications are desirable.
