Recruiter PositionJob Role: Recruiter Location: Tempe, Arizona 85288 Duration: 7-month contract FTE Conversion highly likely 60% of the week- or 3 days which ever is more. Tempe, Minneapolis, Charlotte. Most of the team is in Minneapolis, but fit is more important than location. Flexible between 7-6pm in MT timeJob Description: Full life cycle recruiting. Fenom experience preferred, past banking experience preferred. Responsible for supporting business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for positions, with limited assistance from outside agencies. Identifies candidates using a variety of sources and techniques while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools. Drives recruiting process in a timely and cost effective manner. Demonstrates a proven commitment to provide a diverse talent pool, a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate.Key Responsibilities: Proactively source, assess, and recruit candidates for Corporate Functions roles Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple requisitions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting team members to align on hiring strategies, workload distribution, and process efficiencies Identify and leverage diverse sourcing strategies to build strong and inclusive candidate pipelines Drive an efficient, streamlined hiring process that meets business needs while maintaining quality and compliance standards Utilize data, metrics, and market insights to inform recruiting strategies and improve outcomes Ensure a positive, high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle Collaborate with cross-functional partners to continuously improve recruiting processes and operational effectivenessRequired Skills & Experience: Experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment, preferably supporting banking roles Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously Strong collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work as a team player and contribute to shared team goals Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday experience strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills Ability to analyze data, trends, and recruiting metrics to drive decision-making Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong stakeholder management capability Demonstrated commitment to delivering a diverse candidate slate and inclusive hiring practicesPreferred Qualifications: Experience supporting banking, financial services, or operations recruiting Familiarity with high-volume hiring models (e.g., evergreen requisitions, pipeline hiring) Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot or similar technologies) to enhance sourcing, communication, or process efficiency Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidatesKey Success Factors: Ability to thrive in fast paced recruiting environments with speed and accuracy Strong team collaboration mindset with a focus on shared success Continuous focus on process improvement and efficiency High level of adaptability and problem-solving in a dynamic environment
