Experienced PCA/ CNA/ Caregiver needed in Raleigh, Cary and Garner

Caregiver Position

Always Best Care Senior Services is hiring part time caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors in Raleigh, Cary & Garner. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, and same-day pay options.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and dishwashing
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands
• Communicate and report any changes in clients' condition to the supervisor
• Maintain clients' safety and well-being at all times
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Attend required training and meetings as specified by the company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year prior professional experience as a caregiver or PCA required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical requirements of the job
• Negative TB test
• Pass criminal background, drug test and reference checks
• Cell phone with texting and internet capabilities
